BATTLEFORD WEST...

Originally proposed in 1911 the new BATTLEFORD WEST is a heritage themed 130 acre Planned Community combining 250 residences and 50,000 sf of neighbourhood retail premises.

Battleford West has been under development for 3 years and currently includes Telegraph Heights, a 36 Lot design controlled residential subdivision and Heritage Landing, a multi-family community. The infrastructure for Telegraph Heights is completed and homes are under construction. Heritage Landing is in the early stages of development and will include condominiums, Villas, and attached homes.

Country Estates is a 36 lot Estate community planned for development in 2011 & 2012. Lots range in size from ½ acre to 2.7 acres.

Battlefords Towne Square is a neighbourhood retail commercial district bordering on the west side of Highway 4 and divided by a new 29th street signalized intersection. Battlefords Towne Square is scheduled for construction upon the completion of the Highway 4 twinning project and installation of lighted intersections at 29 street and 22nd street. The Highway and intersection upgrade is in the engineering phase with construction expected to commence in late 2010 or early 2011.

Battleford West is a Master Planned community featuring design controlled residences and open spaces with walking trails linking to convenient neighbourhood shopping.

BATTLEFORD WEST is located 1km south of the Yellowhead Highway at the two primary accesses into the Town of Battleford.
